HOW NOW GRAPEFRUIT ?


Citrus fruits have been known to support the immune system and contribute to the elimination or reduction of a host of common ailments in the human body for centuries. The common cold, flu, nausea, indigestion, cholesterol, blood pressure, scurvy, weight-loss, obesity and much, much more body symptoms have been treated with the consistent use of citrus fruits such as lime, lemon and grapefruit. These fruits even work as preservatives or additives in all kinds of sauces used by people all over the world. They blend well in salads and a variety of condiments as well.
Perhaps you should ask grandma if this information is true about citrus fruits. Or maybe great-grandma would be more informative or authoritative on the subject. However, these good older folks do not have any medical background or pharmaceutical training to certify their uses. All they know is that these fruits are good for your health and longetivity.
